“Shaking”

Shaking syndrome?! You heard it right. I never thought I can shake like that ever, well, a slight shaking but a full shaking, never. I decided to take a class at the Bar Method Vancouver and had no idea what to expect. The class took place in a carpeted room, with mirrors and bars surrounding the room. I felt like I was taking a ballet class. The class started with some arm works mixed with some current music and then it was onto the legs. That is where the ‘shaking’ begins. You’ll have to experience the shaking to know what I mean. At the end of the leg workout, my thighs burn and I don’t think they ever burn like that. 

Ladies, if you are looking to strengthen or lean out, this is the class for you. I quite enjoyed it but I think it would been better to take a beginners class to know some of the movements. I felt I had to look around me consistently to figure out what was next.

Friday night pasta and pizza

My fiancé and I’ve been living around the Brentwood mall neighborhood for over two years. We’ve always noticed this cute little Italian restaurant call Pasta Amore in the plaza. We never made an effort to go. Finally a couple of weeks ago, after bootcamp we decided to spoil ourselves. Omg! It was delicious and so yummy. I couldn’t stop eating.
